These signals include making promises about the growth of an annuity that has market exposure, insisting that you won’t be able to make any changes to the annuity contract and offering a deal that seems too good to be true.
Finally, potential customers should only purchase annuities from licensed agents or brokers.
A broker should be willing and able to produce evidence of their credentials when asked.
